PLEASE NOTE: We do offer design work in addition to the Design Center, where you can add image, text, etc to your labels. Please contact us for more information on design help.

After you place your order, you will receive a link via EMAIL to our Design Center to Upload/Design your Label.

Once you submit your design, our Llama Team will review it for quality and send you a Professional Proof of your design to Approve. NOTE: It is one design per order.

If you approve your proof by 5pm EST your order will ship next business day. If we print your label we drop your package off that day.

Orders weighing less than 4oz will ship 1st Class Package w/No Tracking. Orders weighing less than 1 pound will ship 1st Class Package w/Tracking. Orders over a pound will ship Priority Mail w/Tracking.

Please make sure you have the correct address to ship to. We can not update addresses. If you provide the wrong address and want us to change it, we will have to cancel your order. Once your order is printed and/or shipped, we can't do anything about an incorrect address. We are also not responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses. If items are returned we charge a $9 Priority Mail Remailing Fee to resend the item to the correct address.

We are not responsible for postage delays. We are seeing some delays with the Postal Service of 1-3 days before a package is even scanned and put on a truck. If you need you labels by a certain time, please contact us.

We do our very best to ship next business day after proof is approved. But sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control we may not be able to ship your order next business day. Examples of things our of our control, staff out sick, equipment failure, post office arriving early, etc.

We do our very best to ensure the best product and fastest shipping. We can't fix it if we don't know about so if you have not reached out within 30 days, I'm sorry to say there is nothing we can do to help you.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT 1" LABELS:

1" labels are very tiny. They are great for small logos or simple info on small objects. Text should be thick/bold rather than thin/fine to show up clearly.
They are NOT great for labels that need to share a lot of writing information or detailed images. They are just too small, and the info on the labels will be hard to read.

Many customers have underestimated how small 1" labels are. The labels that most people use are the 2" labels. These are the most common labels that you will see everywhere.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible if you order labels that are not the correct size you need. Please measure correctly.
