All Sales Are Final

Because each order is made specifically to your request—whether it’s custom apparel, signs, embroidery, or decals—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end (wrong size, color, or design from what was approved), please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. We’ll review your case and work quickly to make it right. This may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • A clear photo of the product

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number

Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for errors in:

  • Spelling, colors, or sizing provided by the customer

  • Improper use or care of items after delivery

  • Slight variations in color or placement (this is normal for handmade items)

We always send mockups and request approval before production begins—please review everything carefully.

Cancellations

Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin working quickly to ensure fast turnaround times, so please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
