Thanks for ordering from Print Laser Stitch! We’re hyped to bring your custom ideas to life and make sure they arrive safe and sound. Here’s how our shipping process works:
1. Production Time
Since everything we create is custom-made, production starts after we receive your payment and design approval.

Standard Orders: 5–10 business days

Larger or Specialty Orders: 10–15 business days
Need it faster? Just ask—we got rush options available depending on the job (extra fees may apply).
2. FREE Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S. 🎉
Once production is complete, delivery usually takes:

3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
You’ll get tracking info as soon as your package ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.
3. Need it Faster?
If you’re on a tight deadline and need express or expedited shipping, contact us before placing your order or immediately after. We’ll do our best to work something out and let you know the additional cost.

4. Local Pickup (Stuart, FL)
Want to swing by and grab your order in person? No problem.
Local pickup is available at our shop in Stuart, Florida. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and send the pickup instructions.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the shipping carriers. We’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or deliveries marked as “delivered” but not received.
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours so we can help make it right.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping fee.
