1. Custom Orders & Production
All products sold by Print Laser Stitch are made to order and customized based on the information you provide. Once an order is placed and production begins, changes cannot be made, and all sales are final.
We rely on you to provide correct and complete information when submitting your order. This includes artwork, colors, sizes, spelling, and any other details needed to complete your custom job.
2. Mockups & Approvals
We provide digital mockups for most custom jobs. It is your responsibility to review and approve the final design. Once approved, Print Laser Stitch is not liable for any design errors or omissions, including typos, wrong colors, or incorrect dimensions.
3. Turnaround Times
Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your order and current workload. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we do not guarantee delivery dates unless specified in writing. Delays due to shipping carriers, supply chain issues, or acts of God (weather, disasters, etc.) are out of our control.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods. Prices are subject to change at any time, but you will always be charged the rate agreed upon at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
By submitting a design or logo, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have received proper authorization. Print Laser Stitch is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements on designs you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate material.
6. Limitation of Liability
Print Laser Stitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
