What to Know

• Minimum order: 6 pieces per order
• Digitizing fee: If you don’t have a digitized embroidery file, a one-time digitizing fee applies to convert your artwork — this file is yours to keep for future orders
• Decoration only: This listing does not include the polo shirt — you supply the garment
• Embroidery placement: Specify your preferred location (left chest, right chest, sleeve, back, etc.) in your order notes
• File requirements: Digitized embroidery file preferred; vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-res PNG accepted for digitizing
• Digital proof: Allow up to 2 business days to receive your embroidery proof. Check your spam folder!
• Approval window: Approve or request changes within 24 hours — if we don’t hear back, we’ll proceed to production
• Turnaround: 5–8 business days for production after approval
